trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues.” Revive Therapy is committed
to helping you to understand and make sense of feelings and thoughts using a range of different modalities. We aim to
allow clients to discuss their problems, worries and any difficult feelings they are experiencing in a safe, non-judgmental
and accepting environment. Counselling is useful if you want to change particular habits in your life and need some
