One to one Counselling

One-to-one therapy is designed to meet the needs of individuals. It is designed to provide a safe, supportive space between you and a selected specialist where you can explore and connect with the feelings that you are experiencing. It is highly effective for treating a wide range of mental health issues.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy helps children understand muddled feelings and upsetting events that they haven’t had the chance to sort out properly. Rather than having to explain what is troubling them, as adult therapy usually expects, children use play to communicate at their own level and at their own pace, without feeling interrogated or threatened.

Relationship Counselling

Relationship counselling is an effective method of talking therapy that focuses on improving communication and resolving issues within a relationship. Sessions take place in a safe space and look to improve communication and resolve issues within an intimate relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships within your family.  It can help address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, a conflict between parents and children, or the impact of a mental illness on the entire family.  It can help you and your family members understand one another better and learn coping skills to bring you closer together.

CBT
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It’s most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but can be useful for other mental and physical health problems.

Integrative
This type of therapy combines the various elements of various psychotherapy approaches. Integrative therapists take the view that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Rather, each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.

Play Therapy

Art Therapy

Person-Centred
Person-centred therapy is a humanistic approach that focuses on how individuals see themselves. It works by examining how our unconscious thoughts and ideas are interpreted.

Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy is a type of intervention that uses the principles of self-evaluation and reflection to examine how we behave in our emotional suffering. It aims to help people live better, healthier lives through the use of the relationship between therapist and patient as a window into problematic relationship patterns in the patient’s life.

Solution-focused therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems.
