At Revive Therapy CIC, we are a non profit community interest company in Croydon and Gravesend, Kent. Our vision is to to help those who struggle with emotional and mental health difficulties in the community. We provide a professional and compassionate support creating a safe space to enable those who are struggling with life challenges to be revived and lead a more fulfilling life.
Counselling is designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings and give you a safe space to work through any difficulties that you might be facing in your life. The NHS (2020) define counselling as a “talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues.” Revive Therapy is committed to helping you to understand and make sense of feelings and thoughts using a range of different modalities. We aim to allow clients to discuss their problems, worries and any difficult feelings they are experiencing in a safe, non-judgmental and accepting environment. Counselling is useful if you want to change particular habits in your life and need some support to do so. We work with a myriad of clients from various different backgrounds and walks of life experiencing expected and unexpected life changes, such as divorce, bereavement, health challenges and disability.
