I offer kind, professional integrative therapy based upon our relationship and respecting your unique value. People seek psychotherapy for many profound reasons, and it takes courage to meet the issues that are causing suffering or challenging you to heal and develop. Therapy happens in a warm, confidential and compassionate space so that as far as possible you feel secure, encouraged and confident to address your challenges. Your sense of what you feel confident to address is key as you are the expert on your own experience.

I value each professional therapeutic relationship as a meaningful encounter where both you and I learn and evolve. I work to help you to access your own inner ability to heal, to positively meet the present and the past, to challenge destructive behaviours, develop self care and to live more fully.
As an Integrative therapist I use a range of techniques from different theoretical approaches, depending on which technique is most appropriate. I offer 1:1 therapy for adults facing a wide range of issues including: attachment, inter-generational trauma, bereavement, depression, anxiety, ill health, work stress,
